I feed Sasha what I consider to be an "all natural" diet. She eats primal raw and blue wilderness kibble and still tears eye gunk. It isn't horrible and can be easily taken care of with warm water and a flea comb. I don't give her bottled or filtered water to drink though, just from the tap so I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not. Like I said, she really doesn't get them that bad and as long as I stay on top of it, it really isn't an issue although after awhile her face does tend to get smelly. |
