Getting back to the topic at hand ... fine effort, FE. I always look to you for inspiration.
I've had a particularly manly day. Knowing I have to take my wife to the hospital this afternoon for minor foot surgery, I took the day off and scored some major hubby points. And while awaiting my praise for that, I slept in while she went to work for the first part of the day. Woke up, let the dogs out and in, then went back to sleep. Woke up again, walked the dogs, and now I'm settling in for some coffee and computer time. I have an hour of peace before I have to drive her to the hospital and check out the nurses while she undergoes surgery.
I'm a little confused though, fellow manly men. Why do women need you to drive them to the hospital for minor surgery? Is it like the phenomenon where they invite girlfriends into the restroom when they pee? If it were me, I'd solo the surgery to show off how manly I am. Then I'd either drive home sedated or call a cab. Men are lone wolves and proud of it.
