Mia who is 5 hasn't changed at all - she's dark.
Max who is 4 has changed several times and the last being recently.
Moe who is 2 has gotten darker on his head - reddish brown.
I'd venture to say that they "can" (doesn't mean they will) change hair color up until they're 3-4 yrs of age.
