So sorry you and your baby are dealing with this, it must be miserable for her
When you say her "hair is coming in silver", do you mean new growth in the affected areas? If so, I'd say that's a sign of improvement since from what I understand, they itch so horribly that the hair all comes out. Is she still really itchy? I really don't know much about mange, but know there are two types, sarcoptic and demodex(?) Make sure you read up about the kind your baby girl has so you can do all you can to get rid of it.
