It's the same place. I called about one of the puppies, but I thought this was in Vancouver, BC, since it says VANCOUVER YORKIE BREEDERS. During the conversation I learned the puppy would actually come from Alabama, and that apparently the president of the USA bought his puppy from them. They take a credit card payment and ship the puppy. I was horrified by the whole thing, and eventually we got Ozzy from a local breeder. I am positive this is a puppy mill broker and it really makes me sick. I'm so sad for all those puppies and their parents. I've seen video footage from a Cesar Millan special on puppy mills. I hope they all get shut down.
