Very sorry to read this. There was a story this morning on The Today Show about something similar to this and several of the buyers received their money back as well as medical expenses. While that won't erase the pain you've gone through, it might be worth trying. The Credit Card companies reimbursed the buyers for the sick puppies, but the company paid for the medical.
If you want a purebred show dog type yorkie, there are several folks here with reputable breeders.
