So here I am eight dogs later. Worried but not intimidated. We will spay and neuter all of them including mom. There are enough homeless dogs in this country just waiting for that forever home! Dew claws are gone, but tails are staying, I am personally against altering a perfectly fine animal other than fixing them and taking those interfering dews off.. They will be wonderful with their little tails intact,I don't intend to do anything but love them and enjoy them as they are, and the ones that are going to live with friends and my families are going to be fine without papers.
