I just had this banner add on my gmail account and it makes me angry but I don't know what to do about it

I am pretty sure this is a puppy mill, selling all kinds of poor little dogs all advertised as 'teacup' there are 14 different breads available all shipped to you for $250!!! In time for Christmas.
I am really sad about this and I want to let everyone on this forum know so maybe we can find a way to warn people.
