I would just a[[roach them, and say I noticed your children walking your new dog. Comment on how cute the dog is. Then say I have an extra harness we don't use any more if you would like it. They tend to be easier on dogs, and they are safer too. Be a friendly helpful neighbor. Stay positive. Avoid the temptation to overload tehm with information. You do not want o be taken as that crazy dog lady. I would try to keep it lowkey. |
