She is so cute, and her and Max do look alike. The only thing is, is that Max is 6 months (about to be 7) and she is 4 months. So they can be "special" twins lol. & When Max was that age his hair was very thin too. It still kind of is, its just gotten long. I know you mentioned cutting it to see if it would grow back thicker... I would just let it grow out.
