Omgosh...she is a lil cutie. She is exactly the look I personally like and am trying to find in a second pup. How old is she? She looks like a smaller version of ZoE when she was younger.
I know what you mean about the hair. ZoE's topknot used to consist of just a few strands of hair...but I'd still put a tiny bow in them because I wanted her to be used to wearing one.
