You can SET your options to send you an email automatically on a thread you want to follow - I agree this one was really interesting ....
Click into the thread you want to be notified about - and up above the first post - on the Blue Bar - it says
THREAD TOOLS...
Just click Subscribe to this thread - no more copy and paste - it automatically emails it to you.
