Just make sure the 1st two ingredients are a meat like chicken, lamb etc. After that, it's pretty much what your dog will eat. I bought a bag of Blue Buffalo chicken and brown rice puppy formula for Bailey and he wouldn't eat it unless I starved him for days. What I got him as a replacement he wolfs down!

Find something with little or no grain that the ingredients start with chicken etc, if your little furball loves it, you're home free.
