Levi has not ever had the Lyme vaccine. He is on flea/tick preventative year-round, and we live in an urban area with very few ticks. I did find a tick on him once after a visit to my parents' house (they live in the middle of nowhere), but the tick had not attached at all, which I attributed to the preventative.
I haven't really looked into the vaccine, as ticks have never been a real issue for us. If you get it, I'd definitely get the vaccine alone, not combined with any others.
