I heard on the news today that a dog that was lost in Virginia in 2003 was found in California yesterday!!!! They identified the original owner because the dog had a microchip.

Ok now I'm pissed because you mean to tell me that that dog has not been to a vet for 8 years and no one checked the chip??? I think it is despicable that that poor owner didn't have their dog all this time because no one bother to check the chip. Why get it then????
