 Tell me it will be ok
Last year my DD wanted a shih tzu DD is married and does not live with us. I did all the research and found a really good breeder not to far away. That alone took a year. Well my husband fell in love with DD's Shih Tzu, and her with him. He loves our Yorkie Pistol to death, and they are close. Now where I need some encouragement and advise. DH has talked to the Shih Tzu breeder and they have a litter due next week, DH wants to buy a female from this litter,( if they have a one) for us. As a family we have all stayed in touch with this breeder. Money wise there is no problem. we can afford all care. My problem is Pistol is jealous. If I love on another dog he will run to that dog jumping at it, barking and caring on. I have to pick him up and hold on to him till he calms down. He only does this with me no one else. I am willing to consult a behaviorist if need be, but would like input from my YT family. Is another pup a good idea ? How would my YT family handle this ? |
