Yup, you don't have to use a food processor, a blender works also, especially on baked sweet potatos. They generally take longer than a regular russet potato. When i make mine, I use 350 for heat and on the larger ones its about 45-55 minutes, when you check it, you will see oozing out of the poke holes you put in it, i let mine get really soft so they mash nicely.After it cools i just scoop all the potato off the skin (they don't get any, but i love the skin so i eat it, yum)
