Yes yes and more yes! Also, if a breeder is willing to sell a dog at 9 weeks, they probably haven't done any health testing and probably aren't even aware of all the problems connected with the Yorkshire Terrier breed. I say find the best breeder who will sell to you, and than wait till she has an available pup. You should always go to her home, and if she doesn't insist on meeting you and getting to know you, then please look elsewhere.
