Photos of the parents won't tell you what sort of conditions the animals are being bred in. Our last yorkie was a former puppy mill mommy dog, and so I'm hyper sensitive to how some breeders treat their dogs. If you haven't been there before, please go to the breeder's house in person and insist on seeing the kennels. Regardless of how cute the puppy is, you do not want your hard earned money going to support a puppy mill operation.
