Just ask him if he would do it, right after he gives his "glowing" statement about what your outcome will be. He will be hard-pressed not to at that point in the discussion. Make sure this outcome is objectified in the contract - such that it will state, in detail, what you will expect to see....as much as possible. Start putting on paper what your teeth will look like when he is done. This is what you would like in the contract
