Well, I was just spoiled with the greatest chinese seafood I have had in years! In honor of my older sis and her husband of three years (who is in the army so that's why they finally came down now) visiting us. And tomorrow we go to the gun range!
We had:
fried rice with bbq pork and HUGE shrimp
honey walnut (HUGE) shrimp
5 delicacies appetizer platter (seaweed salad, jellyfish salad, pork hock, bbq pork, and some sort of cold chicken)
peking duck, YESS!!!!!! with crispy skin and buns on one platter and the meat on another
Pepper filet mignon with mushroom
Crispy salt chicken (I forget what it's really called) with shrimp chips!
Fried garlic tofu
some other veggie dish I ignored (bok choy or chinese broccoli probably)
veggie chow mein (my cousin is a vegetarian so we accommodate her)
house special lobster (on special for $0.99/lb if you ordered the super special feast meal! that's not what it was actually called though)
and red bean soup for dessert.
Oh yum.
