Well I'm not going to say she is a bad breeder, but most REPUTABLE breeders won't let a yorkie go until 12 weeks of age. Some people get there pups earlier some later... But he's only 9 weeks and he does look awful tiny. Not saying you shouldn't get him, but because of his small size I think it wouldn't hurt for him to spend a few more weeks with his mommy. Oh, and you should definitely ask and find out about the parents.
