Anyone else feel the need for a Christmas lighting/decorating thread for inspiration?

With both my kids away at college and it just being me & ZoE at home...I just can't seem to find the motivation to drag out the Christmas decorations and get them up. I don't even have lights up outside yet ...and that is so not like me.

We used to live in a subdivision with plenty of kids, so even as mine got older and cared less about the decorating (outside) the young neighbour kids still enjoyed my outdoor lighting display. No longer in a subdivision and no kids at home...I'm just lacking the motivation to get stuff done.

Anyone got photos of their decorating and/or lighting display to inspire me?
