There are none in WV on the YTCA website but I did find some in PA.
I believe when I asked her about genetic testing a few years ago, she told me that she did. I do see on puppyfind.com that she's selling quite a variety of dogs now. Maybe she's started lowering her standards. I don't like that. I'm going to do more Yorkie research and take my time selecting a reputable breedeer.
