All hyper dogs calm down with age. She sounds a few good training sessions and maybe some running or chasing a ball would tucker her out. I didn't realize how "hyper" Hefner was until I took him to a yorkie meet up and he was so much more acive than the other dogs. He was also one od the youngest and I am sure they all calm down somewhat with age. Hang in there and she'll come around.
Your cocker probably needs a place only he can get to to get away every once in a while. I think distraction is what works best for puppies and their behavior problems. |
