I feel like you've done the best thing. I know you wouldn't want to put yourselves (including your little dog) at risk. There have been some really horrible things happen to other people. I just wanted you and your little one to be safe. Since you didn't know these people, you have no idea what they are capable of doing. I'm glad you called and I hope things work out the best for this little dog. That is such a sad story and I understand your feelings 100%. I hope there is a happy ending for the little one.
