omgosh that made me laugh so hard! Mine had threatened the same thing, but we stayed together for a few years after I had gotten the poodle. We're divorced now and my poodle lives at his house because the poodle and my son had formed a really tight bond while my son was growing up (he's 11 now and was 2 when I got the poodle). Funny thing is, though, is that my ex-husband purchased a second pet poodle a couple months before I moved out XD
