Awww! What a cutie patootie! So glad she is feeling a bit better.
I'm new to Yorkie mommyhood, but my first thought was maybe trying those disposable dipers for doggies just while she is going through this so she won't be peeing everywhere. Just a newbies first thought.
I would talk to the vet too.
