I have no clue.. I'm the type of person who knows all her neighbors, but I know nothing about these people.
All I know is they are always gone, and they have two kids one toddler and one that looks about 8 or 9. I've never got the chance to even talk to them. And they've been there living there for a while now... And its ok, I need to think this over because I feel that what ever I do I want it to be the right descision. So i'm glad that you encourage me to ask.
