[COLOR=Red]Definitely ONLY a harness . . .. Tiger's tag is attached to his harness as it cumbersome for him to have both a harness and a separate collar just to hold his tag . . . I got his harness at Walmart for only $3 something and have been really happy with it. I have also tried the one petsmart and petco carries but eventually went back to the walmart harness as they work better for me and Tiger. I don't like too much fu-fu on him being that he is a boy
