Thanks, I didn't think about that. I've been so determined to help dog that I haven't even thought about getting caught sneaking into there yard. Its probably better for me to just call animal control instead of talking to them right? I mean I can avoid a potential confrontation, and The dog can go straight to getting help. I will call them in the morning to see if they can come out here and check the situation out.
