Yes.
First your vet needs to or should have done in the least a full blood panel to check bile acid levels to check for LS (most common) and also a full blood panel to decipher environmental causes.

10 weeks old is 2 weeks too young to leave mom.

Did your vet do a follow up fecal also?

What was the vet's initial prognosis on the seizures-was it possibly a reaction to the de-wormer-which is very rare.

The vet should have already done these tests in the office and followed up with another bile and panel a couple days later to establish a base line.
