Roxie has always snored a little bit, on and off. It was certainly never a regular, all the time thing.

The past few days she has been snoring REALLY loudly, every time she falls asleep. I'm a bit concerned. Could she be congested, or have a cold? Does that happen to dogs? Is this vet-worthy, or am I being paranoid?
