This sounds exactly like my Taycie. She has always been this way!!! I think she is alot like your Teddy, very active and super fast metabolism. I did bring this up to my vet from the get go. I remember talking with her about it at her very first puppy visit. Bloodwork, fecal came back normal. She said, that is just the way she is. Some dogs are that way. Too bad, I'm not! hehehe
