I just add water to the dry food to make it soft, and maybe a little bit of Parmesan cheese (like 1/16 of a teaspoon) if I run out of wet food.
Chicken or ground beef (no fat, bones or skin and no seasonings) and
plain white rice (1:1) can be used for a day or two if you run out of dry too.
And
never give onions, raisins, grapes, gravies, bones, fat, anything with artificial sweetners (especially xylitol).... see the article in the YT Library.... here's a link to the entire YT library:
YorkieTalk Yorkshire Terrier Library - YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community No table food, Dog food only is the rule. Yorkies' tummies and digestive systems are delicate and one can make them very sick and have to take them to the vet alot if a proper diet isn't followed. There is a bunch of foods they can have in moderation, like yogurt, rice, some fruits and vegetables, but that is a topic for another day.
