For me personally, it would depend on how the puppy and parents look. I'm going with the assumption here that we are dealing with a breeder of good reputation with healthy stock, genetic testing done and a solid health guarantee. But even given all that, if the pup has beautiful show parents, both championed, but the pup itself features I find objectionable (overly long nose, super short nose, wide set eyes, floppy ears, etc), I wouldn't give you a penny, cos I wouldn't want the pup.
