Sorry for your loss. Sometimes people are rude. Perhaps they hate their job, their life, whatever. I've run in to many people who don't need to be up front talking to people. We just have to make the best of it and move on. Hope was a very lucky dog to have you, and while your time together was short, it obviously was great. In time, hopefully you'll try again and this time, find a vet where the people up front care! |
