I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved baby is emotionally and physically draining. I know the pain in the heart that never really goes away. If the vets are private, then they hire their office staff. I would let them ( the vets) know that you will be looking for another vet should you need one. The vet care may have been adequate but the customer service can not be tolerated. You are right to feel angry, and have a right to expect better. If the Vets work for a company and have no control over the staff then contact the company. If business is lost, either by the vets or the company because of staff perhaps an attitude adjustment is in order. If this happened to you it probably is happening to others. And of course, letting other pet owners in your area know what happened to you may save others from your experience, and hurt the vets. Good luck, and know that my thoughts are with you in your time of sorrow.
