My lil Muffin got car sick when she was a puppy. Do short trips with her until she's used to the car. Motion sickness. Another thing you might want to try is not feeding her for a couple of hours before traveling in the car. It should pass. Muffin got over it and was never sick again. My lil Kacee was never car sick.
