You sure need a warm coat. I don't know about boots. Most dogs don't like them. I do have socks for Gracie to wear indoors and she doesn't mind them unless she is trying to chew her bully stick. Be careful where you walk your dog. Don't let it walk on any area that has been salted because of snow and ice. The salt will cause the snow and ice to stick to his feet and freeze the little guy. It is actually very painful to a dog. The salt is also very harsh on the paws. They sell a pet friendly salt but it is more expensive and most people just buy the regular stuff.

You might consider trying to use pee pads for when there is a real nasty storm and wind.
