He is in courier work and it is very stressful and he has to prioritize deliveries also based on routing it to make it time efficient for deliveries. If someone is not going to get something at an expected time then he has to communicate that. He also has to staff accordingly and that means sometimes he doesnt make the the best bottom dollar personally he has to pay more for staffing. Then he gets more little buisness that he can work into his route or others routes and that is when he makes his money. No matter what I think people are deserving of better care and communication from the vet as they are also a small business owner | BINGO!!!! |
