I just read this entire thread and it is heart breaking. Did you take her for walks around the neighborhood before? I'm thinking if someone has her and accidently let her out she will be able to run home to you and her kids. What is truly ignorant is that anyone would be able to tell that she currently has pups and to keep her goes beyond just wanting a free Yorkie. You have no idea how much I hope you get your girl back. I will keep you and her in my prayers. I am glad the the pups were old enough that they weren't totally dependent on her....that would make it even harder. You keep looking and keep posting flyers....go further than you think you should distance-wise. You could also call the radio station and they may announce her info. for you. The fact that she is nursing will make her easy for others to identify. Have them announce that she has puppies that are still nursing and need her....that will make others turn in whomever has her.
