I don't know how you feel about this, but for me, my favorite gifts are pampering gifts. Is there a "Massage Envy" close by? They do sell gift certificates for 1 hrs. massage for about 40.00.Another option is a certificate for mani and padi at a beauty place of her ( or your) choice.That way she could enjoy some ME time and be all dolled up before the baby arrival...and God knows she wont get to have time for herself for a while
