Now that is just plain sick. I can only imagine the pain and suffering Marti went through. I am glad her bail was set high and I hope she is persecuted to the full extent of the law. Things like this should NEVER happen. What did that dog ever do to her? It makes my eyes water just thinking about this. Just aweful.
