But as far as the US. The bill approves horse slaughter here right? I doubt there is much demand for it here. Not saying that this is ok with me, but this is my thinking. If he approves the slaughter then it must be regulated right? If it's not regulated then if someone wants horse meat, they would have to get it via black market I suppose, like illegal drugs? I know it's no comparison, but like how some want marijuana legalized so it can be regulated and taxed.
