Thank you everyone for thinking of my sweet Georgie. It has been a long day...he was admitted and the surgery will be done tomorrow morning around 10AM...he is the first case.
Their main concern for him is the anesthesia....they did a chest xray today and found that he has a profound collapsed trachea. Totally blew me away! He has no symptoms of it at all. I did suspect a mild CT after he had the problem with the cyanosis last week after the dental; but in talking to them today the collapse is in the cervical region and thoracic at the level of about the 1st rib so the endo tube shouild have supported the trachea. SO...while there are some risks to the surgery...and while he could possibly have cancer

, the main risk does seem to be the anesthesia. Thankfully they have an anesthesia team...and I have had a history of a CT pup at A&M that went real bad after surgery and they saved him...so I can only trust that he is in good hands. Sorry...I am rambling now.
Thank you again and please pray for my little man.
