I know many people see any animal killing as the same, but I truly beleive there are varying circumstances thus degrees of punishment.
It's "old school" and based more on a lack of education in some cases, unfortunately in cases like this one it's telling of true psychopathic tendencies that were brought out.
If not stopped especially to present at this age, it will be someone's child next. |
