Animal torture is a symptom of a much greater emotional problems. This guy most assuredly abuses his family, too. Jeffrey Dahmer tortured animals when he was a child. Fortunately, law enforcement has become much more aware of this violence connection and aren't ignoring this behavior any more. We can only pray that he is both punished and gets some serious counseling. |
