Wow. Just wow. That's a huge fee. Next thing you know, the airlines will be charging for CARRY ON luggage that goes under the seat! This is essentially what they are doing by charging you $200 to carry him on...keep checking on the airline's website, you might even find a SEAT for him that's less expensive.
