I do not understand . I was always under the impression that you had the choice to have them observed for a certain amount of time IF they were not up to date on rabies vac. or the other. Is this a state law? I'm from oklahoma.
We actually had a stray dog show up at our house when was younger that bit a neighbor and we paid the fees to have him observed and then he came home to us after.
Why do we bother with vac. then???? |
